Whether it's a ladies night with your favorite gal pals, a corporate retreat looking for a fun activity, or anywhere in between, charcuterie classes are a great way to bring people together and do something different!

We currently offer three levels of charcuterie courses, each varying in skills taught and services provided.  A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your preferred date and the deposit will be applied to your final balance. A final headcount and the final balance will be due two weeks prior to the event.

At this time, we offer intimate in-home classes for all levels (your home or ours), and for larger groups (13+) we offer Levels One + Two but will require the host to provide the classroom setting.

LEVEL ONE

Basic Charcuterie Skills

6 person minimum

$55/person

This class will last approximately 1 hour and includes the following for each participant:

  • 3 cheeses, 2 meats, fruit, variety of accompaniments, jams/spreads, and crackers. This is the equivalent of our Small Board which is a $48 value!

  • We use our favorite basics - easy to pair, accessible flavors that you can find at any local grocer that are simple yet elevated.

  • Boards will be prepared on a 10"x10" disposable bamboo tray, and each guest will be provided with a box, ribbon, and a tag to finish off the presentation and make it easy to take home.

  • Our instruction will include a variety of techniques including meat folding, meat and cheese placement, and organic presentation techniques. There will be vocal instruction and storytelling as well as hands on, one on one instruction as we move about the room.

  • Wine and cocktail pairing suggestions with various cheeses

  • A take home suggested shopping list for future at-home preparation

  • A take home one-sheeter with tips and tricks for making your own charcuterie boards

LEVEL TWO

Elevated Charcuterie Skills

6 person minimum

$75/person

This class will last approximately 1 hour and includes everything from our Level One class plus:

  • Your meat and cheese selections will include more sophisticated, bold, and interesting styles and flavors.

  • Our instruction will include techniques from Level One, as well as how to cut various cheeses and fruit for optimal presentation.

  • Our instruction will also include how to build a cohesive board around a bold cheese selection; everything that goes into building flavors combinations that are interesting and daring but compliment each other. 

  • This class level includes more hands on instruction during the cheese and fruit cutting portion.

LEVEL THREE

Intermediate Charcuterie Skills

12 person maximum

$75/person

This class is a Bring-Your-Own-Board style event where guests can bring their own serving tray, board, cake plate, or whatever other creative serving vessel they want to build on. (We request that each serving vessel be no larger than 12"x12" in size). This event will last approximately 1.5 hours and includes the following for each participant:

  • 3 cheeses, 2 meats, fruit, variety of accompaniments, jams/spreads, and crackers. 

  • We use a combination of our favorite basics - easy to pair, accessible flavors - and highlight at least one specialty cheese with a bold flavor or seasonal twist.

  • Boards will be prepared on each participant's personal serving dish that they've provided. Plastic cling wrap will be available to secure the board before taking home.

  • Our instruction will include everything from Level One as well as the additional cutting techniques from Level Two.  There will be vocal and handson instruction, leaning a little heavier on the hands on instruction as each board will be unique and compositions will vary.

  • Wine and cocktail pairing suggestions with various cheeses

  • A take home suggested shopping list for future at-home preparation

  • A take home one-sheeter with tips and tricks for making your own charcuterie boards
